Meet Dr. Ross Browning from B Active in Mason, OH, a chiropractor who specializes in providing tailored treatments that relieve pain and enhance quality of life but also in providing education that promotes physical movement and overall health and wellness. Dr. B joined the co-labr8 Mason community about a year-and-a-half ago. Since then, his business has grown in very interesting ways. From its earliest days, Rooted Grounds Coffee Company started with a vision and a passion to bring delicious fresh roasted craft coffee to traditional commercial settings. In partnership with local and national distribution partners, its customers now include hotels, restaurants, retail stores, universities, car dealerships, and offices across 22 US states.

CMO-OnLoan was inspired by conversations with mid-market business leaders in Dayton, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We saw firsthand their dedication to their companies, employees, and communities. This type of leadership is the cornerstone of business growth and positive change, and we wanted to be a part of it. These business leaders realized that to get to the next level they needed to apply the same principles as large companies, but they often didn't have the resources to do that. They were looking for someone they could trust who had the expertise they needed but was also a strong cultural fit with their organization.
